MEET THE FOUNDER

With a background in Physiotherapy and extensive teaching experience, Sofie brings a unique blend of knowledge, passion and practical insight to this course. 

Sofie spent years as a successful group reformer studio owner in Adelaide, South Australia where she built her business through strong work ethic, core values, and hundreds of hours of team training. Her dedication led to remarkable growth and success for her studio, which she attributes to her exceptional team and her investment in providing ongoing learning.

After successfully selling her first studio, Sofie transitioned to a new venture, opening STUDIO LEVELS in Byron Bay. Here, she offers premium private Reformer sessions and collaborates with Studio Owners and Trainers across Australia, both online and in person. 

Sofie is passionate about working with motivated Studio Owners and Pilates Teachers, with the ultimate goal to level up the entire Pilates industry.
